what I did:
stationary for a brand called SUM need a new pattern, feedback from partner
DESIGN 3 and 2 got picked then applied to the stationary
Redesign, Updated with new information, make client changes from email and re-Artwork(make neater) 19 Page Booklet for brand REDBOX
-a lot of updating
-very confusing client data sent over
-moved to a range of pages/the design to make it work better
-have more creative control over this, got to fit everything to a grid
-added margins and fit the inconsistencies in the pages
Business card for client Tom Walker, Musicians
-update with new information
-make less clean
what I learned/notes:
-CONSTANCE IS KEY, MAKE SURE EVERYTHING MATCHES/IS THE SAME
-'SPACE IS YOUR BEST FRIEND'
-never use too much text on a buisness card
-INDESIGN IS LIFE // LEARN HOW TO USE THIS MORE
-always check the client website works, and is correct
-find needed information on client website often
-CLIENTS ARE STUPID AND CANNOT COUNT, check page numbers
-sometimes changes are very confusing
-WHEN UPDATING CHANGES YOU CAN CHANGE THE DESIGN//MAKE ALTERATIONS SO IT LOOKS BETTER
-to remove issues with copied text, use pages and format- plain text
-BE NEAT
-to get the phone site version in a web browser, make page 3 times smaller
-use my head and what i think, not just what the client says
-ALWAYS CHECK CLIENT TEXT FOR TYPOS
STOP SAYING SORRY SO MUCH//RELAX
GETTING BETTER AT INDESIGN DUE TO THIS
GOT MORE DESIGN CONTROL OVER THIS BRIEF
