A professional i'd emailed as part of my creative report is Kate Moross, an illustrator/graphic designer who's work has really inspired me over the last few years due to the typographical nature and illustrative unique style. I'd emailed her to get in contact about being part of my brief in the form of an interview, i know she'd have a very busy schedule but i thought it was worth a try. Surprisingly i got an email back today!
Unfortunately Kate's assistant had messaged me back to explain that Kate is currently really busy, but that instead they'd send me over a book to give advice as she could not give advice personally. Even thought this wouldn't fulfill the brief i personally this would still be a really effective book to read for advice and about my future, i never expected to be sent anything from the artist and it's really useful. This shows as an artist Kate does really care about her fans and people who look up to her, its a really caring way to support artist.
