PPP 2- STUDIO BRIEF 1 - 100 Days of Type Update 1

Just over a month ago i started a personal project for my PPP this year, this was to improve my typographically styles over the next 100 days by creating a typographical piece everyday. The aim of this was to build up a greater following and presence on social media, create more typographic work and experiments to improve my skills, as well as to create 100's pieces of that would express my love of this subject year but also be good portfolio project.

Over the last 30 days this has been largely harder than i expected, this is some of the time i'm working all day or have gone out or have been ill. Even thought the brief is to only spend ten minutes a day doing the project this is harder as it's remember when im near my mac as to create the designs. Due to this more work that i've created for briefs and hand created pieces have had to be done, this is as these can be done anywhere and on the go (for example on the bus to work).

Making this change as to create more manual design as well as to include typical work i've completely for my other brief like my COP or responsive has allowed me to be more successful with the project.

 

For this project I have currently built up a range of typographically experiments and sketches, which i have post on the count accordingly. From the range of different type experiments post i've had a range of different comment for professionals, this has been largely motivating as it's encouraged me to create more and work of this style whilst also being a postive platform where i can share my work. This has built up a social site portfolio of typographical work that reflects my personal style and work interest.
